How can I process a refund?

If you require a refund, you will need to contact the organization you donated to directly. Donorbox doesn't hold any funds, and therefore cannot process refunds on behalf of organizations. 

If the organization does not respond to your refund request, you may need to contact your bank to initiate a chargeback.
